ShittyLink

I live in a city, not a hamlet, not a town a village or a suburb. A city. Initial Citylink are a courier company, and as such are obviously hate figures. However Unlike EVERY other courier company they take your parcels for collection to a depot in Hailsham. That's Practically Kent! Miles from Brighton. Its not a city nor near one. Its not even a big town.
Now Brighton has the lowest car ownership rates in the South East (bar London) - wooah lets make sure their parcel's go to a one sheep town 30 miles away, with no public transport. Hailsham doesn't even have a railway station, or bus service to Brighton. In fact it doesn't even have dual carriageway road to it.

Recently bought stuff off ebuyer - DON'T if you live in Brighton they use shittylink. A music shop in town (ridiculously) has signed a contract with shittylink meas that they can't allow collection of ordered online items and no they can't post 'em were sending to HAILSHAM - from arround the corner.

"No we can't Deliver on Saturday", "no you can't change the delivery address", "no we can't keep it, after 5 days and it gets sent back!".

I NEVER buy off companies I know deal with shittylink. Mostly cos you can never get your parcels. My flatmate's failed delivery has just (I was in and they never rang the door bell) resulted an a cancellation of a couple of hundred quids worth of business. Remember businesses, Initial Citylink Sucks and will loose your business customers. When I last phoned them up I got the distinct impression that they'd had had this problem a lot. They even new the right number (non-public) for sorting out troubles with ebuyer. Continence? I think not - they'd dealt with this before.

Apologies to Hailsham, and those that live there. I know it well, its a lovely town. Just not a good place for Brighton's delivery depot.
